Vouchers are compatible with specific participating utility providers. Each product listing shows compatible utilities. We currently support 50+ providers across 8 European countries.
How do I redeem my vouchers?
Go to your wallet, select a voucher, and follow the redemption flow. You'll need to link your utility account number. Credits are typically applied to your next bill within 24 hours.
Do vouchers expire?
Most vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase. The expiry date is always clearly displayed, and we send reminder notifications 30, 14, and 7 days before expiry.
Is the renewable energy certified?
Yes. All energy vouchers are backed by certified renewable generation under the European Guarantees of Origin scheme, covering solar, wind, and hydro sources.
Can I set up automatic voucher purchases?
Yes. Our subscription feature lets you set up automatic recurring voucher purchases — daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly. You can auto-redeem them to your utility account too.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and SEPA direct debit. Business accounts can also pay by invoice with 30-day payment terms.
